Trade Meet 2.0


Beantown Model Collectors' Club is organizing its second round of the Trade Meet 2.0 for all avid Diecast Model Collectors .



Trade Meet Rules:

  1. If you want to SELL you need to ask for a table, be it 1 scale model or 10 or 100. There is a Table Fee of ₹750/-. If you want to share a table with another or more sellers the Table Fee will be ₹500 per head. This covers the Entry Fee and snacks at the event. Registration and payment for setting up a table must be done latest by 1st March. You can connect with BMCC via FB or Instagram and give us your name. Anybody wanting to set up table after 1st March or random walk-ins asking to set up table on the day of the event will be charged a Table Fee of ₹1250/- payable only in ADVANCE before entering.
  2. What you can SELL / TRADE?: any model of any scale or make.
  3. Anyone attending the event (who is not a member of BMCC and who is not setting up a table to sell) needs to pay an Entry Fee of ₹300/-.
  4. Neither Table Fees nor Entry Fees are refundable.
  5. Promotions of any kind (of your own scale model business or other businesses at our event) will be allowed only subject to a prior intimation as well as a Promo Fee of ₹7500/-. This Fee is payable on or before 1st March. If any attendee is found promoting his / her business without remitting the above Fee he or she will be asked to leave the event. Eg: if you have your own scale model selling website or case manufacturing business or shipping / courier business that relates to our hobby in any way you can always promote it at our event subject to the above terms.
  6. Every participant is responsible for his / her own scale models. BMCC will not be responsible for any loss / damage to any collectibles during the event.
  7. Each participant is solely accountable for his / her sale / purchase / trade and this deal is purely between Buyer and Seller or the two Parties involved in the trade-in. Credit being offered by Sellers is purely at his / her own risk. BMCC will not be party to it. If and only if asked to BMCC’s Managing Committee will help in resolving any disputes.

8. All live sales (via FB) are on strict NO CREDIT terms. Buyers will get a small window within which if they hit “SOLD” remittance needs to be made. If not the model is back on the table for others to pick up at the event. Please avoid “hold”, “wait” etc. you want, hit sold, you pay, move on.
9. Raffles / Auctions are only for physical attendees at the event and any sales, again, are purely between Buyer and Seller. Raffle rule: once a model is put up for raffle it cannot be taken down earlier than 12:30 p.m and sold direct to any Buyer. After 12:30 p.m if spots don’t fill up the said model may be put up for a direct sale. Auction rule: also time bound to a max of 1 hour (from the time of start) per model.
10. The onus of checking the condition of each collectible / card is solely on the Buyer. No disputes will be entertained after the sale is complete.
11. All transactions must be carried out in a civil and responsible manner. No unfair practice / offensive behaviour of any form will be tolerated. Any individuals engaging in such behaviour will be removed instantly.
12. Parking of vehicles of participants and attendees will be solely at their own risk. BMCC will not be responsible for any loss / damage.
13. No outside beverages / food will be allowed inside the event premises. Water and juice as well as some snacks will be provided by the hosts.
14. Wearing a mask within the premises of our event is absolutely compulsory. Please ensure you use the sanitiser at the entrance as well.
